At Fling Accessories, we aim to provide you with a delightful shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned.

Returns Policy

Inside the UAE:

  • Return Period:
    Items can be returned within 1 day of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Items:
    All returned jewelry must be in pristine condition and include all original packaging, including the microfiber pouch, jewelry travel box, and jewelry box.
  • Defective Items:
    If you receive a defective item, we will bear all return charges and ensure a replacement or store credit.
  • Non-Defective Items:
    If you wish to return non-defective items, you can visit our shop at Mirdif Avenue Mall or arrange delivery. The buyer is responsible for all associated return charges.
  • Store Credit:
    Refunds will be issued as store credit in your Fling Accessories account wallet, which can be used for future purchases.

 

International Returns:

  • Defective Items:
    For defective items, we will cover all return and exchange charges, including international shipping.
  • Non-Defective Items:
    If you wish to return or exchange non-defective items for personal reasons, the buyer will bear all return and exchange shipping costs, including customs or import duties.
  • Customs Clearance:
    Items shipped internationally must comply with customs regulations, and delays may occur during processing.


Exchanges Policy

Inside the UAE:

  • Exchange Period:
    Exchanges can be processed within 1 day of delivery.
  • Sizing or Style Adjustments:
    You can exchange your jewelry for a different size or style, provided the item is in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for delivery charges incurred during the exchange process.

International Exchanges:

  • Defective Items:
    If an item arrives defective, we will cover all charges for the exchange, including international shipping.
  • Non-Defective Items:
    For non-defective items, exchanges are permitted at the buyer's expense, including all international shipping fees, customs duties, and related charges.

 

Additional Notes

  • Processing Time:
    Returns and exchanges will be processed within 2–5 business days of receiving the returned items. Store credits will be reflected in your wallet immediately after processing.
  • Ineligible Items:
    Items that show signs of wear, or damage, or are missing parts of their original packaging (e.g., pouch, travel box) are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Custom Orders:
    Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.
  • Clearance Items:
    Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
